2003 Michigan Football Tickets Arrive  SALINE, MICHIGAN  JULY 24, 2003 My M Football tickets arrived and once again despite my request, I received no upgrade.  Included in the packet with the tickets was a small handbook on rules for alumni and booster relations.  Thanks C-Webb.    Anyway the big games this year on the home schedule look to be Notre Dame and Ohio State, and preseason hype on Purdue makes that one of interest.
