Bachelor Party 2001 Concludes
Webmaster survives despite Arch's best efforts.  Pictures available Soon.

LAS VEGAS, NV SEPTEMBER 9, 2001

The Vegas bachelor party concluded today as the webmaster stumbled out of the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino and headed to the airport.  Some photos will be published soon.

Although some of the details are a bit foggy, here are notes from the weekend:

 - Thanks foremost to my brother and Best Man Ron Dooley ('01 TS Golf Champ) for organizing each event and for following up on his golf win with a tight 95 at Desert Pines GC.  The hats are flaw.

 - Also thanks to Dutch (Jeff Jackson) for setting up the rooms and arranging for the suite/meeting room, and once again bringing the rations.

 - Springsteen advises us that "there are winners and losers and don't get caught on the wrong side of that line." Congrats to Kays (Kelley Kuehne) for ending up on the right side of the line.

 - Lew (Lewey Popoff) can share with you a little more wisdom from Bruce, but more importantly Lew can drop some wisdom about Vegas.  You see this is the third time he has visited in the past year, including his epic party back in May.  Will never forget that last night hanging with you and of course your epic birdie (skin) on #10.

 - Also props to Rick (Richard Schild) to pulling off something I have never witnessed: a three team parlay.  An instant Vegas legend was born when the Huskers finished off the Irish.

 - Thanks to Grum (Brent Grow) having my back on the 'yellow brick road' at the Hard Rock, and as usual for the first epic laughs.

 - To Arch (Jeff Archipley), thanks so much for being there and showing us all how to party like pros.  Also thanks for the bringing the outfit to turn me into Dr. Deuce.

 - Sorry Johnny Seelhoff couldn't join us for golf, I would have like to seen you square off with Scotty MudFlap (Scotty Muldrow).  Thanks for making the trek in and of course for the precise, deep-cutting laughs that never seem to stop being funny.

 - Speaking of Mudbowl, Ron is still waiting to see your so-called 'A' golf game, but there is still several months until the '02 Beebe Open.  You are a legend and the updates from Sunday at the Rio were classic.

- Thanks to Pickles McClaw (Eric Clausen) for being my right hand man on Saturday night, encouraging me to pull an Austin Powers by pointing to each person I passed and saying "There you are.." Over, and over, and over, and over again.

 - A cool surprise was seeing my cousin Jeff Bodholt, who met us at the Hard Rock.  A personal note to Krukker - pls send me an email sometime and let me know how things are going.

 - Speaking of surprises, seeing Rogie (Dave Rogal) and Tony D. during the Michigan game was really cool.  Sorry you could not join us later, hope to see you guys at a Dooley Brothers game sometime soon.

 - I almost forgot Doc, a.k.a 'Tex' (Ned Dike) who once again hooked us up at the Hard Rock and in particular one of my now favorite restaurants, the Pink Taco.  I not only do I know "of" Tex - I know him well.  An honor.
