Warning: Garage Sale Thieves on the Loose!

$4 Chain, sign ripped from Sale this weekend

SALINE, MI, JUNE 24, 2005

Be on the look-out for a professional garage sale thief somewhere in the Ann Arbor area.  One of the early-bird, garage sale aficionados made off with at least 1 piece of jewelry at our garage sale. 

The profile is a woman in her mid- to late-fifties, wearing comfortable shoes and has surprisingly quick hands.  The stolen item was priced at $4. 

Also, a possible accomplice swiped our 'Garage Sale' sign that was posted on Michigan Ave (US12) at Moon Road.  Any information that may help bring this criminal syndicate to its knees should be sent to the webmaster.
