Brawny Lads Take Back Title

SALINE, MICHIGAN  DECEMBER 20, 2005

Jimmy Stevens needed a hefty 37 points out of kicker Ryan Longwell on Monday night.  He came up 34 points shy as the Brawny Lads retake the TSFL Lombrawny Trophy for the 3rd time since 2000.  The final standings appear to the left.   Of note:

- The Lads were first in all major categories: total points, regular season, and of course the playoffs.

- The Brawnies outscored the 3 other playoff teams in both the semis and the finals.

- Excluding the playoffs, Brawnies outscored opponents by an average of 12.1 points per game.
